  • Custom-made orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • For other items, you have 7 days from receiving your purchase to initiate an exchange.
  • Returned items must be shipped to us unused with original tags and labels attached, along with the original receipt.
  • We reserve the right to reject return, exchange, or refund requests for damaged items.

  • Once you receive an email from our team with the shipping address, please ensure the item is securely packaged and shipped to us.
  • Refund amount will be reflected immediately in store credits once the return product is approved.
  • For exchanges, a shipping cost will be added to the exchanged product and shipped.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Contact our customer support immediately for wrong, different, or damaged items.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if items do not meet eligibility criteria.
  • Depending on your payment provider, refunds in the form of store credits may take several business days to reflect.
  • Sale or promotional items can be exchanged within 7 days but are not eligible for return.
  • Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange without a manufacturing defect.
