General Return and Exchange Policy
- Custom-made orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- For other items, you have 7 days from receiving your purchase to initiate an exchange.
- Returned items must be shipped to us unused with original tags and labels attached, along with the original receipt.
- We reserve the right to reject return, exchange, or refund requests for damaged items.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:

- Once you receive an email from our team with the shipping address, please ensure the item is securely packaged and shipped to us.
- Refund amount will be reflected immediately in store credits once the return product is approved.
- For exchanges, a shipping cost will be added to the exchanged product and shipped.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- Contact our customer support immediately for wrong, different, or damaged items.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
Important Notes:
- We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if items do not meet eligibility criteria.
- Depending on your payment provider, refunds in the form of store credits may take several business days to reflect.
- Sale or promotional items can be exchanged within 7 days but are not eligible for return.
- Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange without a manufacturing defect.
